Dear Beth,

   Happy 16th b-day.  What are sweet sixteen's like up in heaven?  I want you to know that everyone here loves you.  We don't understand why you are gone, but we do know that you are in a better, happier place.  I love you, and I miss you.  Have a wonderful birthday!!
